Successful candidates will be field based and responsible for business development in the Cork and Kerry region. Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for delivering new business revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Responding professionally to all sales enquiries within the region.
- Identifying & profiling potential new customers and converting leads into new business.
- Develop a pipeline of potential new business within a CRM platform.
- Build a thorough knowledge of the region including competitor activity networking opportunities, existing customer base & depot capabilities.
- Responsible for managing a positive working relationship with their depot teams and promoting sustainable business development in their area.

- Managing the activation and handover of new business after initial trading period
Requirements:
- Sales experience is essential for this role.
- Industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Third level education preferred.
- Experience selling services in B2B setting is advantageous.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platform is advantageous but not essential.
- High level of communication skills, including written, oral and presentation skills programs.
- Ambitious self-starter with the confidence and drive to proactively manage their own schedule and time, as well as creating their own opportunities.

Purpose of the role:
We're expanding our IT Department and seeking a Junior Database Administrator (DBA). This role provides an excellent opportunity to join our skilled team and learn alongside experienced database professionals. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of our database systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with installing, configuring, and patching database environments (Progress OE12, MySQL, and MSSQL).
- Perform routine database maintenance tasks, including backups, restores, and performance monitoring.
- Support the development and testing of database queries and stored procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
- Assist in maintaining database security and data integrity.
- Develop and update technical documentation for our database systems.

Purpose of the role:
A Fleet Administrator plays a crucial support role within the fleet department, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and administrative efficiency of the vehicle fleet.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for all fleet vehicles (e.g., registration, tax, insurance, service history and mileage).
- Maintaining driver records, including licenses, training, and any infringements.
- Utilising and updating fleet management software/systems (telematics, etc.) to ensure data integrity.
- Managing fuel card registers, adding new cards, removing old ones.
- Co ordinating with depots to get routine preventative maintenance, inspections (e.g., CVRT in Ireland), and repairs for vehicles completed.
- Liaising with internal workshops or external service providers to book appointments and track progress.
- Monitoring vehicle downtime and working to minimise it through efficient scheduling.
- Processing purchase orders and invoices related to maintenance and repairs.
- Ensuring all vehicles and drivers comply with relevant Irish and EU regulations (e.g., road tax, insurance).
- Maintaining records for compliance audits.
- Assisting with the acquisition and disposal of vehicles (e.g., processing hire orders for new leased vehicles, arranging vehicle reallocations).
- Coordinating vehicle movements and replacements.
- Arranging vehicle livery for new or long-term hires.
- Responding to general enquiries from depots, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Coordinating off-hire requests and vehicle returns.
- Generating various reports (e.g., telematics, maintenance costs, compliance status) for the Fleet Supervisor.
- Assisting in identifying trends and potential areas for cost savings or efficiency improvements.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the fleet supervisor and depot network.
- Maintaining correspondence, preparing documents, and filing systems.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required.

- Basic Motor Mechanical Knowledge: Beneficial for understanding maintenance requests and issues.
Skills Preferred:
- Strong Administrative and Organisational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent time management.
- Computer Proficiency: Highly competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with a polite, friendly, and diplomatic manner for dealing with internal staff, drivers, and external suppliers.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and proactively seek solutions.
- Team Player: Collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
