Swapit
This service is an all in one transaction to faciliate a delivery and an automatically generated collection upon delivery. It is primarily used in the mobile phone business for the repair/replacement/upgrading of handsets, and uses the distinctive pink SwapIt reusable security tagged bag. The transaction is facilitated through depot and hub systems and is tracked through despatch, delivery and return to consignor. All customers wishing to use this service must register with their local depot.
SwapitContractPak
This service is an all in one transaction to faciliate the delivery and return of a contract to be signed by the consignee upon delivery. The driver will wait while the consignee signs the contract, after which the driver will replace the contract in the reusable security tagged bag and consign it back to the original consignor. The service will even facilitate the delivery of product to the consignee in addition to obtaining their signature on a contract for return. The transaction is facilitated through depot and hub systems and is tracked through despatch, delivery and return to consignor. All customers wishing to use this service must register with their local depot.
Receipt Return
This service allows a consignor to obtain their own Proof of Delivery (POD) on their own paperwork through the DPD Ireland service or to allow the collection of a receipt upon delivery that will be returned to the original consignor. This service is driven on very similar systems to the SwapIt service and again all customers wishing to use this service must register with their local depot.
