Preparing Your Parcel
General Guidelines:
- All consignments must be packaged securely
- Consignments may be comprised of up to 10 parcels. Every parcel must be individually addressed and have its own barcode (each consignment note has 10 individual barcodes for this purpose)
- Parcel length cannot exceed 3m and weight cannot exceed 100kg
- Volumetric calculation applies to bulky pieces
- Pallets may be broken down – we cannot guarantee that pallets will travel intact without prior notification. Therefore please ensure that each parcel is individually labelled
- Certain goods are carried at consignors risk. Please follow link Goods carried but not Insured
