The DPD Ireland Customer Despatch System (CDS) enables our customer to manage every part of the parcel preparation process in-house, from address selection to labelling. It's practical, convenient, flexible and takes away the manual processes of writing address labels and consignment notes.

We continually develop additional functionality for this system. The system produces fully barcoded directional address labels.

Standard functionality includes:

  • Existing Customer Details can be pre-loaded onto the system
  • Can accept ERP sales order / picking direct feeds

Information can be sent via FTP, Email or Remote Access.

We can assist shippers to develop label printing and pre-advice capabilities from within their own systems. We can also provide regular feeds of transaction details for integration with shipper's own ERP systems.
